Dr. Deirdre Ní Fhloinn BL is a practising barrister specialising in construction law, construction regulation and professional negligence claims, and was previously a dual qualified solicitor (Ireland, England and Wales) specialising in building and engineering contracts.
Deirdre holds a Diploma in Construction Law and Contract Administration, an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King’s College, London and a PhD from TCD on the subject of regulation of construction and remedies for defective housing.
