Jarlath Fitzsimons SC

Jarlath Fitzsimons SC studied Law in Trinity College Dublin, graduating in 1994. Subsequently, he graduated with a master’s degree in environmental law from the University of London. Jarlath qualified as a barrister from King’s Inns and commenced practice at the Bar in 1998. Jarlath took silk in 2014. He has practised predominantly in the planning, environmental, local government and construction law areas for 25 years. Jarlath was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2019. Jarlath is a committee member of both the Planning, Environmental and Local Government Bar Association (PELGBA) committee and the Construction Bar Association (CBA) committee.
