Lydia Bunni BL

Lydia Bunni was called to the Bar in 2006 and has a broad civil practice, with a particular focus on construction law and professional negligence litigation. Lydia’s experience includes litigation and advisory work in contractual disputes, insurance law, planning and environmental law, adjudication and arbitration. Lydia is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is a co-author of ‘Risk & Insurance in Construction’, the third edition of which was published in 2022. Lydia is a founding member of the CBA and its current Chair.
