Michael Binchy was called to the Bar in 2005 and took silk in 2025. He has a broad based civil law practice with an emphasis on professional negligence, property, commercial and construction litigation. Michael is a former vice-chairman of the Construction Bar Association and has previously lectured on a number of topics including construction bonds, injunctions, discovery and expert evidence.
