CBA Tech Talk: Right to adjudicate - discussion on which contracts and disputes fall within the Construction Contracts Act 2013

It explores the scope of the Act, including which contracts qualify as construction contracts and what types of disputes are eligible for adjudication.

At the end of the presentation, participants will understand how recent English and Irish case law interprets contracts which fall within the statutory definition provided for the in Construction Contracts Act.
