The CBA Construction Law Periodical 

The CBA Periodical provides Members of the CBA with a regular summation of judgments and dispute resolution decisions drawn from Ireland and from other common law and Model Law (re Arbitration) jurisdictions that touch upon matters of construction law and/or the resolution of construction disputes.
