The Adjudication Codex

Statutory adjudication pursuant to the Construction Contracts Act, 2013 has entered the mainstream in the resolution of construction disputes in Ireland.  This emergence has not been without the inevitable “growing pains”, which are likely to continue as the High Court develops Irish jurisprudence in respect of same.  The CBA has collated a mini-Codex of relevant caselaw for the use and benefit of members of the Association.
